It is the depository participant of NSDL and CDSL & a Mutual Fund Distributor. Market leader in retail broking with 31k + individual client base.

In 2019 Sajag approached to re-vamp their existing product. The Expectation was to Increase Conversion Rates, Brand Loyalty, Positive Impact on Business ROI.

My role as a UX/UI Designer was to understand the needs from business, user and market points of view and propose a solution.

Understood the business goals, pain points and gaps of the product from end user, administration and product owners. With the help of UX Audit, Design Principals I presented primary level, secondary level journeys, using Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Visio.
